The 56th Annual Halifax Art Festival, Nov 3-4, 2018

The 56th Annual
Halifax Art Festival
November 3 & 4, 2018
Daytona Beach, Florida

Deadline July 20, 2018
We Invite You To Participate In Our Festival!
The Halifax Art Festival has risen in attendance and reputation to become one of the most prestigious festivals in the Central Florida area. It is the second oldest continual festival in Florida.
The two-day event was voted 2017’s “Best Outdoor Art Festival” by the readers of Daytona’s Hometown News and has received Grants from the Halifax Area Advertising Authority.
Admission is free to the public with plenty of free parking for artists as well as artful shoppers. The City of Daytona closes Beach Street on Friday at 3:00 p.m. for easy load-in and load-out for the 252 artists. Artist amenities include booth sitters, coffee and donuts Saturday & Sunday mornings, complimentary snack and water delivered to artists, artist pizza party Saturday night, an Awards Breakfast Sunday morning, and all weekend security.
The comprehensive, multi-layered marketing/publicity campaign draws 30,000 shoppers from the “World’s Most Famous Beach,” the I-4 Orlando/Tampa corridor, and local ‘snowbirds’ to the Festival.
The Festival celebrates seasoned as well as emerging artists and craftsmen.  The Fine Arts & Fine Crafts area is juried, judged and eligible for over $40,000 in prize money and Patron Awards.  The Crafts area is juried but not eligible for award money.  Art work in both areas mst be  original creations.
We make artists our first priority at the Halifax Art Festival. Apply and see why the “World’s Most Famous Beach” is a great place to vacation and sell your art work at the Halifax Art Festival!
The 56th Annual Halifax Art Festival is presented and produced by the Guild of the Daytona Beach Museum of Arts & Sciences. The Festival is the Guild’s Signature fundraiser for the Museum.
